About Jacob Shooter Lighting

Since graduating from Rose Bruford College of Theatre and Performance in London with a degree in Creative Lighting Control, Jacob has gained extensive experience working as a Lighting Designer and Lighting Programmer for a diverse range of projects in theatres, television studios, cruise ships and live music productions across the globe.

Specialising in MA Lighting GrandMA and ETC Eos control systems, Jacob has the ability to create fully timecoded performances, and multi-cue list experiences for any size of production.

Jacob is a keen designer with experience of designing for both theatre and live events and enjoys working on productions of any size.

Using his skills as a Lighting Designer, Jacob can also work as a re-lighter, ensuring the design concepts of other Lighting Designers are maintained on tour.

Jacob has a wide range of experience designing and programming productions off-site using a range of visualisers controlled by both the ETC Eos and MA Lighting GrandMA consoles.

Using this knowledge, Jacob can save valuable time on site by pre-programming parts of the production, ensuring the design concepts are delivered efficiently even in the most challenging of venues.

Jacob has extensive experience working as a Lighting Programmer using the MA Lighting GrandMA and ETC Eos families of lighting control systems.

Jacob has the ability to program fully timecoded performances, as well as multi cue-list productions from immersive theatre to arena scale concerts
